SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
We have a request with a booking linked to it. The booking was made by our agency (offline) and sent into Concur to link to the request, it was not made by the user directly on Concur Travel.
The request is fully approved but the booking has not been sent for ticketing. Concur Travel shows the booking as still pending approval. Why is the booking not sent for ticketing even though the request that it's linked to is approved?
