3813409 - When a trip is released from approval hold the next day why isn't the fare re-stored before it's sent to ticketing (Worldspan)?

Worldspan requires restoring of the fare on the date the ticket is to be issued. If booked today and approval is tomorrow, the ticket cannot be automated without the fare being restored. This results in the PNR having to be manually updated by agents before the ticket can be processed. Can SAP Concur re-store the fare after it's released from approval hold the next day before they send it to ticketing?
