3813439 - Can I set up an Audit Rule to prevent Requests from being booked within X hours prior to the start of the trip?

Symptom

We have an Audit Rule that prevents users from booking a Request within the day or in the past, but we would like to set up a similar Audit Rule to allow users to book a Request within the day, up to X hours before the trip start.
