3813494 - Why Resort or Destination Fees are not Showing in Hotel Rate/Cancellation Policy for Concur?

When I booked my hotel via Concur, there was not a mention of a resort or destination fee in the hotel rate policy, but I was charged one when I checked out of the hotel.  I can see a mention of a destination fee when I go to the hotel website. 
Why is it not showing in Concur?
