3813513 - Why wasn't I added as the default attendee when I changed the expense type in an entry that does not have me as the attendee to one that has me as the attendee?

Symptom

I changed the expense type in an entry from one that does not have me as the attendee to one that has me as the attendee. After I change the expense type, why isn't I automatically added as an attendee?
