3813594 - Why am I getting error messages and slowness when accessing the site with the Outtask URL (https://app2.outtask.com)?

Symptom

I keep getting error messages of "Something went wrong" when trying to edit an Expense report or using the Expense module in general. This is happening while using the Outtask URL https://app2.outtask.com.

I have tried different browsers but the error message persists and the site is very slow.
