I accessed our Import/Extract Administrator page and I realized that our Employee Import job has its Run Status as Failure. Upon checking its Run Details according to the article Where can I view the error logs for an Import Job?, I can see the error: An exception occurred while processing an import record. Stack Trace: org.apache.torque.TorqueException: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Connection timed out (Read failed). What does it mean and do I need to wait for ONP to rerun it?
