Symptom

It's important to understand that a posting failure could occur not only due to Concur configuration but also due to the SAP configuration, therefore troubleshooting is required to understand where the issue may be. 

Before creating a support ticket with SAP Concur:

  • Reach out to your system administrators and check your system configurations on both the SAP and Concur side. 
  • The SAP system administrator provides details of the posting error, such as the document type, document ID, SAP System version, etc.
  • Verify data coming in JSON to your SAP FI System: How can I verify the data sent from Concur to SAP ICS (JSON file)?
