Symptom

AADSTS700016 is an error code in Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) that indicates an “Application is disabled” error. When you encounter this error, it means that the application you are trying to access or authenticate with has been disabled in Azure AD, preventing you from completing the authentication process.
