3813712 - Error in logs: "Data length should be at least 1 and at most 30"

When I save the Traveler Profile I see a generic error starting with
"Concur saved your profile to the database but was unable to save it to the reservation system..."



In GDS logs the following error can be found:

"Data length should be at least 1 and at most 30"

When I save the Traveler Profile I see a generic error. In the transaction logs there is an error saying: "Data length should be at least 1 and at most 30" , KBA , CON-TRV-ADM-USR-PRO , Profile , CON-SRV-TRV-ADM-TTE , Travel Templates , Problem
