3813797 - How do I enable or disable travel itineraries from auto-populating to Office 365 Outlook Calendars?

Our company uses Office 365.  We have found that Travel Assistant, Approvers, Manager, or anyone who has received an email that contains a traveler's trip itinerary, the trip is auto-populating in the email receiver's Outlook Calendar. How can this be stopped?
