3813910 - Why is the status change email still received even though I've disabled this in Request Preferences?

In the Request Preferences area of my profile, I've disabled the setting to send an email when the status of a request changes.  However, I am still receiving a status change email when the request is fully approved.  Why am I still receiving this email despite the setting in my preferences?
