3813938 - Error: "The Login ID provided for the employee with Employee ID XXXXXX in the 300 or 305 record is different than currently exists on the user's profile.

Symptom

I have received the following error in the Employee Import: "The Login ID provided for the employee with Employee ID XXXXXX in the 300 or 305 record is different than currently exists on the user's profile. It has not been updated by the 300 or 305 record." How do I correct this?
