3814074 - Why HRS rates are not displayed in Concur App?

Symptom

I can't see HRS rate when searching for hotels using the SAP Concur mobile phone app.

When searching:

- mobile app showing the city hotel overview
- after selecting hotel, showing "No room rates available for this hotel"
- SAP Concur web application showing room rates and availability of the same hotel. Rates are from HRS.
