3814097 - Why can't I select Cash Advance Return on a Expense Report?

I can't select the Expense Type Cash Advance Return on an Expense Report, even though I have a Cash Advance linked to it. Why is this happening?

Expense > Cash Advance

Concur Expense all versions

Expense report was added a Cash Advance, but user cannot select Cash Advance Return expense type , KBA , CON-EXP-EXP , Expenses , Problem
