3814100 - Why does the comment I add on a quick expense in the mobile app disappear when I move the expense into a report?

Symptom

I have created a quick expense on mobile (via the + button > Create Manual Expense on the Expense > Expenses screen) and added a comment in the Comment field. However, this comment disappeared when I moved the expense to a report.
