When saving the profile, the following error gets displayed:
"Concur saved your profile to the database but was unable to save it to the reservation system. Please contact SAP Concur support and share the following correlation ID code: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX And here is the request ID code for the error: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"
In the GDS service logs, the following error message is captured:
"Unable to get a unique profile name for user XXXXXXXX"
