3814128 - When I remove a Cost Object Approver from the list, the next day they appear active again. Why does this happen?

I have manually removed a Cost Object Approver from the list, but the next day my changes are reversed. How do I stop that from happening?

Expense > Workflow

Concur Expense all versions
