3814133 - New Concur Travel - Why are the Custom Trip Fields showing out of order?

Custom trip fields in new Concur Travel are showing in the incorrect order (randomly). According to the legacy Concur Travel documentation available in the help portal, "a field that depends on another field's value will always appear after the field on which it depends, regardless of their respective titles.". This is not happening in this case. For example: field 'Select a Non Billable Option' is dependent on field 'Is this Travel Client Billable?'. Hence, it should show after the first field, however it is showing before it.
Custom trip fields do not appear in order as they are set up on the admin page either.
