3814146 - Error in logs: "Invalid CustLoyalty data: Unable to find Vendor with code='XX' and type='HL'"

Symptom

Scenario 1:

When booking a trip, the following error message appears right after hitting the Search button starting with:

"Sorry, something went wrong. We have encountered a problem with your travel profile..."

Scenario 2:

When saving the profile, there is a blue warning saying:

"Concur saved your profile to the database but was unable to save it to the reservation system. Please contact SAP Concur support and share the following correlation ID code: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

In transaction logs the following error is captured:

Invalid CustLoyalty data: Unable to find Vendor with code='XX' and type='HL'
