Symptom

When booking a trip, the following error message appears right after hitting the Search button starting with:

"Sorry, something went wrong. We have encountered a problem with your travel profile..."

The following error is captured in GDS logs:

".ENTRY REQUIRES SLASH - FNBTS-PSEUDO CITY/QUEUE NB/PIT-CORP ID .ENTRY NOT PROCESSED BEGINNING WITH FNBTS-XXXX PCC/QUEUE NO/XX-DESCRIPTION"
