3814249 - Error: "There was a problem executing this report. If you continue to have a problem, please contact your Travel Administrator." when generating Travel Reports?

Symptom

When I try to run the reports located under "Reporting" > "Travel Reports", for example "User Concur Travel History" and "User Profile Changes Version 2", I got the below error consistently:
"There was a problem executing this report. If you continue to have a problem, please contact your Travel Administrator." What shall I do?
