3814262 - [NS] Why am I unable to add a case comment or close a case?

When I try to add a comment to a case that I have raised or trying to close it, I am getting the following error message or a similar error:

• "Error: Invalid Data. Review all error messages below to correct your data. Our records indicate that your company has not purchased a Packaged Connector. Please choose another case type."

 

• "Error: Our records indicate that your company has not purchased a custom extract or split. Please choose another case type."

When adding a case comment, there is the following error message or similar error: "Error: Invalid Data. Review all error messages below to correct your data. Our records indicate that your company has not purchased a Packaged Connector. Please choose another case type." , KBA , CON-CA , Cross Applications , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
