3814300 - How long does trip segment data remain in SAP Concur Expense?

Symptom

An end user had a hotel trip segment on an old report. He deleted the report, but the trip segment did not re-appear in the Available Expenses section like normal. Can you tell me why this happened and how long trip segments are supposed to stay in Concur Expense?

OR

The record locator link to view the trip data is no longer available in the trip segment attached to the expense line. How long does the link remain active for?
