Data for AI Training Opt-Out Switch

Administrators will be able to opt out of making their company's data available to SAP Concur for training AI models used in SAP Concur products across multiple clients.
To access the opt-out switch, access Company Administration > AI Settings and toggle the Data for AI Training switch.

The user needs to have any of the following roles assigned: 

For Standard:

• Can Administer

For Professional:

• Company Administrator
• Expense/Invoice Configuration Administrator (Restricted)
• Expense/Invoice Configuration Administrator

To access the switch:

1. Go to Administration > AI Settings 
2. Toggle the Data for AI Training switch to turn it On or Off
3. You will see the confirmation message "Are you sure you want to do this?"
4. Press OK to confirm the action

This switch will control whether your company's data is available to SAP Concur for training AI models in SAP Concur products across multiple clients.

Note:

• The opt-out switch will limit SAP Concur’s ability to use your company’s data for AI training, but will not impact your company’s ability to use AI services. This is restricted to certain limited capabilities within these products: ExpenseIt, Verify, Intelligent Audit, and Invoice Capture (as described in this list updated in October 2025)
• Turning off the switch stops data from being used for AI training, but does not disable AI features themselves.

Configuration / Feature Activation

The feature will be automatically available; there are no additional configuration or activation steps.
