3814383 - How to create an audit rule to inform users to resave their Request Cash Advance when Travel Start Date and Travel End Date are missing?

Our users create Cash Advances from Requests. Sometimes, the Cash Advance is created when there is no Start Date and End Date in the request, which causes the Cash Advance Travel Start Date and Travel End Date to be missing. After they select the dates in request, the dates in Cash Advance are still missing. How can I let the users know that they need to resave the Cash Advance?
