3814407 - How can I select multiple values in a drop down menu/list?

Symptom

I would like our users to be able to select multiple values from a drop-down menu of a custom field.
How can I do that?

Environment

Expense > Expense Administration > Forms and Fields Travel > Travel Administration > Custom Fields Request > Request Administration > Forms and Fields Invoice > Invoice Administration > Forms and Fields
