3814422 - Can I set up an Email reminder about requests that were sent back to the employee due to the expiration of the approval time?

Symptom

Our request workflow "Approval Time Expired Action" is set as "Send Back to the Employee". Can I set up an Email reminder about requests that were sent back to the employee due to the expiration of the approval time? I also want to exclude the requests that were sent back to the employee or recalled by the employee manually.
