3814512 - Error in logs: "MAX NUMBER OF OCCURRENCES IS REACHED"

When I save the Traveler Profile I see a generic error starting with
"Concur saved your profile to the database but was unable to save it to the reservation system. Please contact SAP Concur Support and share the following correlation ID code: XXXXXXXXXXX and here is the request ID code for the error:XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"



In GDS logs the following error can be found:
11620|Application|MAX NUMBER OF OCCURRENCES IS REACHED

When I save the Traveler Profile I see a generic error. In the transaction logs there is an error saying: "11620|Application|MAX NUMBER OF OCCURRENCES IS REACHED" , KBA , CON-SRV-TRV-ADM-TTE , Travel Templates , CON-CA-USP , User Profile , Problem
