3814535 - What is the impact of Data Retention when activated?

Please explain to me the impact of enabling and activating Data Retention.

Before activating the Data Retention module, there are some client readiness details with which your company needs to comply
Once this module is activated, it cannot be deactivated anymore
Once activated there is a Pause feature and Hold User feature available for Data Retention.

Expense / Concur Request / Invoice / Travel > Data Retention

Concur Expense all versions ; Concur Invoice all versions ; Concur Request all versions ; Concur Travel all versions
