User is getting an error when trying to book due to CO (Cobalt Air) frequent-flyer number in their profile. This error will also cause the profile not to sync to the GDS.
The error could also appear when saving the profile in Concur and receiving the message:
Concur saved your profile to the database but was unable to save it to the reservation system. Please contact SAP Concur support and share the following correlation ID code: And here is the request ID code for the error:XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
