My site is set up so that when I create a Request and try to submit it, the system evaluates whether the booking should be made online or not, and if so directs me to Concur Travel to do my search instead of submitting the Request. However, when this process occurs, I am directed to legacy Concur Travel instead of new Concur Travel, despite the fact that we have enabled new Concur Travel on our site. Why are we still seeing legacy Concur Travel?
