3814594 - Error for Travel Profile API 2.0 "There is an error in XML document" upon POST

Symptom

As a Travel Management Company, we are receiving the following error for Travel Profile API 2.0 when attempting to POST a profile;

<Error>
<Message>There is an error in XML document (X, XXX).</Message>
<Server-Time>YYYY-MM-DDT00:00:00</Server-Time>
<Id>XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX</Id>
</Error>
