3814605 - How do I setup Variable mileage rates for our car configuration?

We have the need for multiple mileage rates. Currently, one rate is configured, which is the U.S. standard mileage rate. However, Idaho employees must use the Idaho contract mileage rate.  How can we have multiple options for entering a rate for mileage? Do we just need to add a second car configuration or can we adjust the main option to allow the traveler to choose which rate they need?
