A trip was booked in SAP Concur, but did not get approved in time, so it was auto-canceled changing the Trip Status to Withdrawn. The user contacted the TMC, which reinstated the trip in the same PNR and placed it onto the Report Queue. TMC would like to know why the Trip Status remains as Withdrawn and did not update to Ticketed.
