3814667 - Why do Request Assistant fields (Departure City/From City, Main Destination City) disappear from the header after you create a request?

I create a request via Request Assistant, and the segment is generated at the very beginning. When I try to modify the Request Header, I found that Departure City (From City) and Main Destination City are disappearing. How can I modify the From and To city on a Assistant generated Request?
