3814706 - Why can't I see or search the attendee(s) of an attendee type during expense entry?

Symptom

I loaded attendees to the new attendee type. I am able to view the attendee list in the attendee admin but not when searching to select an attendee in expense entry. I only see blank search results.

Environment

TS-C Core Expense > Attendees

Product

Concur Expense all versions ; Concur Invoice all versions
