3814827 - New Concur Travel – Deutsche Bahn (bahn.business) booking page does not open

Symptom

When I search for a train in New Concur Travel using Deutsche Bahn (bahn.business), the booking page does not open in a new browser tab. Instead, I remain on the “Booking in progress” page in Concur Travel. Selecting Continue or Cancel does not open the Deutsche Bahn booking page and prevents me from completing the booking.
