SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
A Travel Allowance Service Preview Mode can be activated for testing in a production entity before activating for live users, for customers who do not have a Production Sandbox Environment (PSE) available.
Each Travel Allowance Configuration Code can be directly assigned to a Test User, which can then be utilized for previewing the Travel Allowance Service functionality. Once a Test User is assigned to a Configuration Code, upon next log-in that user will be able to create and manage Travel Allowance Service itineraries.
Note that only users with the Travel Allowance Configuration Administrator role can make changes/activate Preview Mode, while others will have read-only access.
