3814878 - Why is the Employee Import job no longer showing as "Managed Jobs"?

We have uploaded employee import files but the employee import job is not running.

Expense > Jobs Import

Concur Expense all versions

Administrator reporting that employee job is not running (job not scheduled) , KBA , CON-CA-TLS-IEM-JOB , Scheduled Jobs , Problem
