3814880 - Can the content on the Self-Registration page be Customized?

We want to add a blank option in the Rule Class field which appears on the Self-Registration page. Currently, the first rule class shows by default and some employees don't change it and proceed to create profiles. By adding a blank option, they will be forced to select a rule class thus ensuring they select the right now. We want to know if this is possible?

Some fields on the Self-Reg page can be added/taken off based on requirement. Can the content inside those fields be customized to be shown differently on different sites? , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
