3814899 - Import Data Error: ''Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'PASSWORD'"

Symptom

I have uploaded an Import in the Import Data Tool. It shows an error, when I check the Excel, I can see:

Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'PASSWORD', table 'Outtask.dbo.OUTTASK_USER'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails. Could not insert user The statement has been terminated.
