3814954 - How do I modify Receipt Status field default value to Receipt/Tax Receipt/No Receipt?

Symptom

I would like to have the Receipt/Tax Receipt/No Receipt as a default value in the Receipt Status field when a user creates a new entry. How can I set it up?
