3814955 - Why am I not receiving Expense and Invoice notification emails from Concur?

My dashboard indicates I have items pending review or pending approval, but I have not received email for them. Why am I not receiving the emails?

Expense > E-mail

Concur Expense all versions ; Concur Invoice all versions ; Concur Travel all versions

I should be receiving emails from Concur for Expense and Invoice. , KBA , CON-CA-USP-EMA , Email Addresses , CON-CA , Cross Applications , Problem
