3814963 - Error: "The number of delimited fields does not match the XML Import Definition file. expected: XX ; received: XY ."

Symptom

We have a daily feed import running in concur and we received a notification that the Job completed with errors. Upon checking the errors in the run history, it said that the number of delimiters were different than expected. Due to this error the file resulted into Failure (Bad File).
