Effective January 1, 2026, in accordance with the Economic and Financial Affairs Council (ECOFIN) decision, the Euro (EUR) will become the official currency of Bulgaria.
To support a smooth transition, both BGN and EUR will be available in SAP Concur solutions from August 8, 2025 through August 8, 2026. After August 8, 2026, BGN will no longer be displayed in the currency lists.
