3815096 - Why does the report require further approval when a processor uses "Send to Approver" and this approver approves the report?

The Processor step is the last step in the workflow. Some reports need to be approved by an additional approver, so our Processors use "Send to Approver" when this is the case. But after the additional approver approves the reports, these reports go for a Processor's approval again. The last approval should be that of the additional approver. Can we configure the system to perform like this?
