Symptom

When I book a flight, I get the following error on Review and Book page:

An error has occurred with your booking. Start a new search and try again.
Error Code: ar-40211
Correlation ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

In GDS logs the following error(s) are captured:

INVALID_FOP_CARD
Invalid form of payment card.
PAYMENT_OPTION_EXPIRED: Payment option is expired
