3815167 - How do I modify or add groups to a User's Permission?

I would like to add new groups or modify existing groups to a group-aware permission for a User.

Expense > General Expense Concur Request > Invoice

Concur Expense all versions ; Concur Invoice all versions ; Concur Request all versions

I want to give a user the ability to make changes to less/more groups using their permission. , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
