3815192 - Warning: "The BI Manager ID 'A9A9A9' cannot be assigned to employee ID 'A9A9A9' because the BI Manager has a circular reference [A9A9A9->X1X1X1]"

When running an employee import, I receive the following warning:

"The BI Manager ID 'A9A9A9' cannot be assigned to employee ID 'X1X1X1' because the BI Manager has a circular reference [User:A9A9A9->Mgr:X1X1X1->Mgr:A9A9A9]. You can either change the BI Manager ID so the circular reference no longer exists or use the Cognos Consumer role. The Intelligence documentation (available via the Concur Help link in Cognos) contains details on the Consumer role and its use within Intelligence."
